Return & Exchange Policy

At Mama Bear Co., we take great pride in our products. Because many of our items are handcrafted or personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To maintain the highest quality standards, we require an unboxing photo or video as proof of the item's condition upon arrival.

  • You must take a photo/video of the package while opening it.
  • This proof is mandatory to process any claims for defects, damages, or missing items.

5-Day Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange policy within 5 days of you receiving your item. If 5 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Important: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any custom orders or personalized items. All custom sales are final.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • You must attach the unboxing photo/video mentioned above.

  • We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide an exchange for the same item.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to custom orders, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products) for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of a verified defect where a replacement is unavailable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
